The challenge:
Sydney Based Auto Parts stockist and reseller was established for over a decade and relied on traditional methods to deliver Auto parts to mostly mechanics and trade customers. During Covid Lockdowns their busines was heavily affected and they wanted new avenues of sales. They approached our Geeks team to help them get online and establish its online store. This was a difficult task since the company sold a wide range of parts , had a huge compatibility list of parts and also wanted to target both mechanics, auto parts resellers, and general public .
Digital marketing solution
Our Geeks team first created their Google My Business page, the first point of contact people usually go to if they are looking for a certain part, and then worked upon creating an engaging but easy to navigate website. Our Talented team of graphic designers, Data Specialists, Front End & Backend Developers came together create a solution which took all of the pain points into account and created an ecommerce store.

Created a complete Parts List, with Compatibility models , which meant anyone can search parts on the website by just entering their vehicle details . Only Parts which fit the vehicle will be displayed as compatible

We created a huge list of Keywords based on Part Numbers, and optmised product pages so anyone searching those parts would land on product specific pages.

We also created a social Media Presence and help them get initial buzz and customer validation.

Previous website did not made use analytics thus had no clear idea on where the traffic was coming from, what keywords they used to reach the website, neither had any integration for Facebook Pixel Code an important metric to monitor their Social media campaigns. Our Geeks helped integrate AND monitor those metrics to provide a complete picture

Although company had social media presence and also a paid campaign but they were not providing targeted sales results. Our Geeks Improved the Graphics, branding and product promotions through banners and design. The challenge:
BodyKitBae is a retailer for Custom BodyKits for Lancers and Rallyarts. Being a niche they thought online sales were not for them and were comfortably doing sales through word of mouth and regular clientele. However the Sales fell sharply during Covid Lockdowns which meant they had to find new ways to find customers and carry out sales.
Digital marketing solution:
We created them a beautiful WooCommerce Store which helped lower down initial expenditure on fixed costs. The website store listed the company’s products, had easy to follow steps for shipping and payments. We also helped them create Social media presence and managed their page. The initial buzz created by showcasing their work meant more customers proudly shared the work on their own creating a chain of referrals.
The Website and Social media presence not only helped company beat Lockdown restrictions (by offering no contact deliveries and online sales) it also helped them stay afloat during difficult times. It also created a very strong sales and opened them to Australia Wide market. Following their initial success with their store, the company now wants to expand to other models to enhance their product line.

The challenge:
ZettSports was a sportswear and equipment manufacturer based in Sydney which was established for over 30 years , however it mainly dealt with wholesale customers. It launched a website and marketing campaign with help of overpriced agencies who promised a lot and charged hefty amounts but fail to clearly understand company’s requirements. It also experimented with offshore freelancers who were mostly not available during Australian timings, and also lacked understanding of the local market needs.
Website Overhaul
Our Geeks helped ZettSports with a brand new Shopify Store, helped with product photography, and created content, branding and media to create a beautiful and easy to use new website. It also helped company with its SEO campaign, lifting the company’s ranking both in local searches as well as Australia Wide searches. We carried out Keyword research and Identified key keywords to target and rank for. We also identified some keywords which were very low in competition but had good sale potential. Ebikeboys is a Sydney based brick and mortar retailer with little online presence. Although they had been established for over a decade but their online presence was not visible at all and lacked professional presence. Our Geeks worked with the management to come up with a strategy to lift their online presence and created brand Identity through content, graphics and Media production. We completely overhauled the Marketing Collateral to present a very unique and engaging company image.
Website Overhaul
The previous website , although hosted on Shopify lacked critical elements that resulted in higher bounce rate. The existing website was somewhat clunky and slow, and retail sales weren’t growing. Customers were leaving without purchasing on a frequent basis.
Finding products was not easy, shipping calculations and production variations were not user friendly which resulted in almost no online sales taking through website.
